INTERIOR DESIGN EXPERTISE
DeCarli customers appreciate our ability to deliver a complete solution. That includes interior design and custom kitchens & baths. While we can work with any designer you choose, we do work very closely with Rêve Interior Design Studio located in Midland. When we look at build plans together, we come up with seamless kitchen & bath solutions. There is no disconnect between design…and build. Thanks to Rêve, we are able to offer you an incredible variety of bespoke storage ideas and custom finishes to complete your space.
YOU’RE NOT HERE? NO PROBLEM.
At DeCarli Contractors, we understand that you may travel, live abroad, or are too busy to meet in person. That is why we offer the option to meet remotely to discuss your project, while sending real time video reporting. Video brings more context to any questions you may have and can help confirm any project-related decisions . We can also provide weekly reports including photos to update you on the status of your project and keep you up to date.

Tarion is a private corporation under the laws of Ontario launched in 1976 to administer the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act. Every new home or condominium build in Ontario comes with statutory warrantee coverage from the builder that is backed by Tarion. Only registered builders are legally permitted to build new homes in Ontario. DeCarli Contractors boasts a ‘no warrantee claim’ record since its registration.
