John DeCarli formed the company after studying Engineering at the University of Western Ontario. Since then, DeCarli Contractors has grown to become one of southern Georgian Bay’s leading custom builders with over 500 satisfied customers. John DeCarli – Our Promise
DeCarli Contractors is registered with Tarion Warrantee Corporation (Reg. # 36161). Tarion is a private corporation under the laws of Ontario launched in 1976 to administer the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act. Every new home or condominium build in Ontario comes with statutory warrantee coverage from the builder that is backed by Tarion. Only registered builders are legally permitted to build new homes in Ontario. DeCarli Contractors boasts a ‘no warrantee claim’ record since its registration.
