We contracted John DeCarli to build our cottage. He was with us from the beginning to the end. He was wonderful to deal with throughout the project. He made sure everything moved along as planned. His trades were great to work with. He did not let anything go through until we were all satisfied with the work. His foreman was a great asset to the build. He made sure everything was done right. We were only able to come up to the cottage once or twice a month while it was being built. We had full confidence in John that everything would be done right. He always gave us all of the options in order to stay in our budget. His organization, honesty and integrity were very muchappreciated. We would highly recommend John DeCarli for any project. We were looking to build our dream cottage and being from Toronto we needed a contractor we could really trust. We met with several contractors and began to get frustrated because none seemed to be organized, customer friendly, able to work with our designer and detail oriented.
